Mick Alderson is the retired Technical Director and Lighting Designer for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Theatre Department. He taught Stagecrafts, Lighting and Sound for the Stage, and Props for the Stage .

Mick is a member the United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT), and the USITT Midwest Regional Section.

He is a charter member of International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Local 470, and is webmaster of the website, ia470.com.
